Who should attend?
Any person who is in contact with or works with children and many people, or who has an unhealthy person in their household should attend atleast a BASIC CPR course.
Available courses in selected locations
Basic CPR - cardio pulmonary resuscitation - in other words you will learn "mouth to mouth" with chest compressions for adults, children and infants, as well as how to assist a person who is choking. Duration: 3 hours
Basic CPR & Paediatric First Aid - again you will learn basic CPR, but this also includes some basic first aid for children attending to situations such as allergies, cuts, breaks and sprains. Duration: 5 hours
Level 1 First Aid - this includes more advanced first aid and CPR - is usually as per workplace requirements. Duration: 16 hours
These courses may be attended at one of our venues at a specified date or at your home or workplace.
A minimum number of students is required for the courses to take place.
